Race pack distribution

  • Race packs will be posted out from Monday 16th March.
  • Race packs will be sent out in batches so please do not panic if you do not receive your pack straight away.
  • Postage can often also take a longer than usual due to the sheer amount of packs being sent out.
  • It may take up to ten days to receive your pack so if your pack is in a later batch, you may not receive it until race week.

What do I do if my race pack has not arrived?

  • In very rare situations unfortunately packs can sometimes get lost in the post. We expect this to affect up to 1-2% of participants.
  • If your race pack has not arrived before the 27th March you will need to collect a replacement pack from the pack collection point on Saturday 28th March between 10 - 3pm.
  • The address of the lost pack collection point is The Institute of Directors, Pall Mall, London. SW1Y 5ED
  • You will need to bring Photo ID to collect your replacement pack.
  • If you are unable to collect your pack on this day, a friend or family member can do this for you but will need to bring a signed letter from you in order to collect the replacement pack. The original registrant must still run in the event. This is only a solution for pack collection, it is not a transfer model.

Address changes

  • It is now too late to amend your address. If your address has changed, you will need to collect a replacement pack from the pack collection point on Saturday 28th March.

International runners

  • International runner packs will be posted on Monday 16th March.
  • If you do not receive your pack by 27th March, please follow the instructions above.
  • If you are unable to collect your pack on this day, a friend or family member can do this for you but will need to bring a signed letter from you in order to collect the replacement pack. The original registrant must still run in the event. This is only a solution for pack collection, it is not a transfer model.

What will my race pack contain?

  1. Race number and timing chip. Your timing chip is already attached to your race number.
  2. Four safety pins. Please attach your race number to your running top before you arrive. Safety pins will not be available from us on the day.
  3. Official LLHM technical t-shirt. Feel free to wear this during the race or save it to put on once you have finished. If you are running for a charity, we recommend that you wear their running vest so they can easily identify you as one of their runners and can cheer you on.
  4. Official LLHM drawstring bag. These are the only bags that will be accepted in our bag drop area. Where possible, we recommend that you leave your kit with friends/family in order to avoid bag drop queues.
  5. Official LLHM race day guide. This guide contains all the essential race day information.
