LLHM 2027 Charity Applications

Applications to become a charity partner for LLHM 2027 are now open and will remain open for one week, closing at 3pm on Thursday 14th May 2026.

We’re delighted to welcome applications from both returning and new charity partners and look forward to hearing more about your plans for LLHM 2027.

Applying for LLHM 2027

As part of the application process, charities will be able to:

  • Request charity places for LLHM 2027
  • Share more about their plans
  • Submit their application through our online form

Please note that applications are not assessed on a first come, first served basis. All applications will be reviewed following the application deadline.

Returning Charity Partners

Charities that held places in LLHM 2026 will first be invited to apply for up to their 2026 core allocation (excluding any additional places received during the additional place release process).

Returning partners will also have the opportunity to submit a separate request for additional places beyond their core allocation. These requests will be reviewed separately and are not guaranteed.

Due to high demand and limited event capacity, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate significant increases in place numbers for most charities.

New Charity Partners

We warmly welcome applications from charities new to LLHM.

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to offer a small number of places to new charity partners each year, and allocations are made through a competitive application process.

Charity Partnership Packages & Place Costs

LLHM 2027 charity places cost £157.50 per place (VAT exempt).

Each runner will also pay a small additional fee during runner registration to cover race pack postage and packaging costs.

To purchase places directly through the LLHM Team, charities must apply for a minimum of 5 places. Charities requiring fewer than 5 places can access places via Run for Charity.

Partnership levels available to apply for are:

  • Tower of London: 200–299 places

  • Nelson’s Column: 100–199 places

  • The Gherkin: 50–99 places

  • The Cheese Grater: 5–49 places

Key Dates

  • Applications close: Thursday 14th May 2026
  • Outcomes communicated: Tuesday 26th May 2026
  • Deadline to confirm places: Tuesday 2nd June 2026

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee a charity place allocation.

If your application is successful, you will be asked to confirm whether you would like to proceed with your allocation. Places are not secured until confirmation has been received.

Once confirmed, invoices will be issued and payable within 30 days of receipt.
