The live broadcast of the London Landmarks Half Marathon, produced by Nova Films, has been shortlisted at the Broadcast digital awards for Best Sports and Live Event Coverage.

The LLHM is up against an array of hugely popular events, including Deep Ocean Live, UEFA Champions League Final and the Royal Ascot Gold Cup.

The shortlist for the Broadcast Digital Awards is handpicked by a judging panel of television and digital experts, meaning only the industry’s best contenders make it to this stage of the awards.

LLHM Race Director Lia Fyles said:

We are absolutely thrilled that the London Landmarks Half Marathon live coverage, produced by FilmNova, has been shortlisted at the Broadcast Digital Awards. FilmNova have done an excellent job producing and broadcasting our live coverage for both years of the event so far. To have the coverage recognised in the wider broadcast community goes to show what a fantastic job they’ve done covering our event which, with over 10,000 participants and well over 200 activities along the route, was no easy job!

The winners will be announced on July 3rd 2019
