Amanda Holden donned her running gear this morning to take part in the London Half Marathon in memory of her son.

Amanda Holden, 48, laced-up her trainers this morning and headed to the starting line for the London Half Marathon.

The television presenter wore an all-black ensemble with a matching cap to join thousands of participants taking on the epic running challenge.

She added a pop of colour to her ensemble with a pair of coral-coloured trainers and wore a headphones around her neck as she posed for pictures ahead of the race.

The 13 mile run starts on Pall Mall and goes past many of the capitals most famous landmarks such as Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral and the London Eye before ending near Downing Street.
